I found out that Lifestyles knowingly allowed one of these boutique vendors to be promoted on their webpage that wasn't even licensed to do work in the state! 

I invested in 3 of their deals (co-promoted by Big V Group): Crossroads South, Spradlin Farms and Southeastern Portfolio...ALL HAVE FALLEN WAY, WAY SHORT OF PROJECTIONS.

@Roy Gottesdiener two things to think about:1) BP promoted buying Class A properties off the MLS.

The most recent “webinar” with Faircloth and Francois was shameless promotion with almost no actual value.I hate to be negative, I’ve gotten a lot from BP.  

@Franklyn Douglas III I’ve never done Colorado tax sales but presuming they are like most areas they are not nearly as easy, profitable or risk free as the promoters would have you believe.You will learn a lot just by participating even if in a small way. 

If you want to promote your company, you can pay for an ad.

This is open on every deal.  80/20, 70/30, Pref, Promote, etc. 

@Joel Owens I'd be interested in reading the name of the syndicator who has been in business for 40 years and I'm sure your friend wouldn't mind the free promotion.

Mate, It will probably be like in Aussie where folks that want a buyers agents will need to source 1 themselves and negotiate a fee with the buyers agent.Buyers agents will also have to start promoting their services independently instead of "feeding" of info and commission split from listing agent.I need to buy more domain names haha.What are some high end suburbs in your neck of the woods mate?
