Typically in many jurisdictions when it comes to this type of niche there are very few who do it and they all work together.

I am not sure where exactly this property is, but this is an example of why I prefer B class neighborhoods or better when looking for rental properties. 

I have no doubt this goes into the ranking algorithm.HOWEVER, I have found that I do prefer guests from Airbnb.

You can also do this on a refinance.Else, you can find private money, take out a HELOC if you have a lot of equity, go hard money and then refinance after, or see if your preferred builder offers financing.
