If there is any preexisting water damage, there could be possible mold depending on if there's insulation in the affected wall cavities or if a floor is on slab or plywood.

I do a full gut and remodel including a better layout, new electrical, new plumbing, new lighting, mostly all new sheetrock other than pre-existing walls, laminate in the living room, carpet in bedrooms and tile in the bathrooms, kitchens, and showers.

The market I live in is pretty expensive, so I've been exploring out-of-state investing and I thought a partnership with a turnkey company would be my best bet (positive, cash flow, seamless process, learning experience, a pre-existing team, etc...).
