And there's no federal mechanism pressuring states to do something specific, like how if a state's drinking age is below 21 then that state will lose federal highway dollars (fun fact: there is ALSO no federal minimum drinking age applicable outside of federally controlled land, just some highway money that forced all the states to "voluntarily" set it at 21 on an individual basis, I believe Texas was the last holdout, possibly due to oil money).

I am surprised they havent put a limit per person. for those with noses full of dust, i strongly reccomend a neti pot, get distilled water in gallon jugs and the special neti pot powder mixture, it cleans all the junk out of your nose and sinuses.

Could we say nothing to the lender, allow month-to-month Tenant B to stay, and then hope that Tenant A voluntarily moves out at the end of his original lease without the lender realizing we failed to meet the 60-day move-in stipulation due to the circumstances?
