Some of the bigger BP players have assets in 2-10 MSAs.

I might be a player and I work with a group of about 30-40 investors that can pull the trigger on this kind of thing.

As an ex-NFL player, you probably have a great network of high net worth people, it might be a great opportunity to syndicate a deal, bringing in investors with you.

He can tell you strengths and weaknesses of almost every player or team from any era!!

With new announcement from major corporate players occurring almost monthly, I anticipate this growth to continue at least through 2019.

Drive around and look for new commercial construction, etc..You can probably google major employers and get a sense of who the big players are in the area and what kind of local market share each major company holds. 

Build your team, and equity partners make deals much easier to obtain, but be a team player.

I have owned 4 of them.. and did well on each.. but very tough to find.. there are some major players on the west coast that dominate it.not nearly the amount of them as I see out in the deep south.. 

Or you find out that your PM found his wife under the keyboard player of an 80s cover band last week and is locked up for ag-assault in the county jail for thirty days with no one available to collect rent or continue the process of evicting those people on Center St. who might or might not be running a under-the-table daycare center/illegal pain pill distribution center out of your property...Does your whole house of debt collapse because Murphy wasn't in a good mood this week?
