Unfortunately Theresa that’s the expectation“I want the best deal”“I want the best price”“ I want the best area”“I want the best service”“I, I, I”And some folks seem to be satisfied deep down inside if they get all of the above and the other suffers financially and pulls out the shorter stick per se.Many don’t know the concept of “Win/win”Many don’t know that if “I” win also and make money also, “I” can hire more people, invest in tech, make things faster, cheaper and better.Making them win even more then they would have in the first place.

True freedom isn't buying 5-6 houses and hoping for the best, it's a combination of suffering(by eliminating expenses, material items, immediate gratification areas) and betting on quality growth(delayed gratification, asset accumulation, perseveration, etc.) and managing the tail and head winds that come with this. 

Point is, you either suffer with lower quality and manage them closely (may as well do it yourself at that point) or get licensed and learn the business.

I've lived here for thirteen years now and have been in the tornado shelter and or took cover maybe five times in those years and fortunately have only suffered a broken window amongst all the storms.
