The vast majority of contractors won't want to give bids on properties while under contract unless they have a relationship with that person from prior jobs.

The only thing that keeps me from owning a house for my personal use is the baggage it comes with like maintenance, time and overhead costs.But I understand It'll cut costs and is something I should really think about.Thanks

I lead our DST due diligence within our RIA, and what you are experiencing is unfortunate and rare if you have the right sponsor.

As far as the business card is concerned, to me personally I think having both things on one business card is acceptable .  

With that said, I have personally seen a lot of activity in the last two weeks.

It's been 2.5 years since I purchased my first property and now that everything in my personal life has slowed down I'm back on the horse and ready to find my next investment.

But I think any experienced investor would agree that if you aren't doing value-add when it comes to real estate investing, you aren't actually investing.
