How much those units will affect the AirBnb and VRBO markets is yet to be seen but my guess would be that during peak seasons (UofA home games, gem show, ect.) you can expect to see lower occupancy than the past or potentially need to lower rates to compete.

This is the section I’m still reeling over from § 227-f:“No landlord of a residential premises shall refuse to rent or offer a lease to a potential tenant on the basis that the potential tenant was involved in a past or pending landlord-tenant action or summary proceeding under article seven of the real property actions and proceedings law.

One thing is that people generally live in the past or for the future so they end up never being happy.

It's a great place to hold on to what you bought in years past. Or

I may be proven wrong and everything just picks up, but I get the sense that the MTR strategy had a season and it is past or at the very least it is waning. 

This 3 unit property consists of a small church turned into a duplex and a small pastor house in the rear of the property.
