Perhaps even talk to a few to see the differing opinions they have and try to assess whether one of them can help you in the way you need. 

My opinion is you can never add too many amenities whether it's for the kitchen, patios, bedrooms etc.

In our experience/opinion, there's a direct correlation between these costs and the tenant demographic profile, or Class.
