Hi BP community - I'm an investor with 3 SFHs in the Nashville area looking to acquire my first small multifamily property (2-4 units).I'm trying to determine the best approach for the 25% downpayment, comparing using cash that is currently sitting in a high yield savings account to funds from a HELOC on one of my properties.

They asked how we got a hold of a site from a private listing.

Any pros/cons on either or any other operator suggestions would be greatly appreciated. 

Basically, these are lands that technically qualify as Sending sites, but that have issues such that nobody really wants to build there.

You have a lot going on there and I’m not sure I fully understood your thought process.
