Owners mistakenly ASSUME all PMCs offer the exact SAME SERVICES and PERFORM those services EXACTLY THE SAME WAY, so price is the only differentiator – so, they often select the first PMC they call or that calls them back!

Is it worth it for someone like me who hasn't done any deals yet, but is going to be making offers on my 1st investment property in the spring?

I think she is equally responsible if she is 50 / 50 ownership per the offering and through thier own discussions on podcasts, social etc.
