I am partnering with with other people who want to invest in real estate and they have money but they don't have the time, experience, or knowledge of how to invest in real estate in a way that makes a lot of money quickly.

We like self-storage because even if there is a recession, and people downsize, those people will have a need for self-storage, as evidenced by storage occupancy rates during past recessions.

From what I see, there are people who invest in different real estate markets all over the country.

Gentrification opportunities, As gentrification continues in certain parts of the city, early investors in these up-and-coming areas may see substantial returns on their investments.I would love to know what people think about investing in the Philadelphia area and if you are an investor, i'd love to connect to hear your thoughts and experiences.

But otherwise the best way to get in front of people is through either word-of-mouth like you're doing or paid advertising on Google, Meta, Pinterest etc., I think there's a lot to building a "community" like feel for your tenants that may include events, giveaways, etc., to get them to engage with you and elevate their living experience.  

I've seen many people suggest a cash out refi but I like the flexibility of the heloc.

It's mostly retired people or people who have no money.

A lot of people say they can't find a good investment in LA, but you are proof that deals can be found.

BP is a great place to definitely learn and connect with like-minded people. 

There are some great meet ups in your area I'm sure and a lot of people at those meet ups are more than happy to chat and give ideas and answer questions.
