@Richard Lee You may be interested in looking into Carnegie Mellon and what it is doing in the local community as well as renting to large base of grad students and/or high income workers.

Thank you @Lee @Lee Ripma trying to do something a little different with apartments since everything in Yucca Valley is quite older. 

Feel free to check out Petersburg, Hopewell, and Colonial Heights specifically, as there is Fort Lee, VSU, and Amazon right there so we've noticed a steady influx of people.
