So everything needs to be portable enough to pack in the truck at the end of the day.

I have begun drive the Sable back and forth to work everyday, and the truck sits at home most the time.

I for example don't like Vail as IMHO its essentially a glorified truck stop, sterile, with none of the old cowboy charm of a place like Breckenridge, Crested Butte, Aspen or Telluride. 

She started a second truck to double our service business (still legally 100% my business), is getting a graphic design degree to freelance as a side hustle, and is 100% on board with my RE goals (albeit she doesn't nerd out on BP Like I do).

I get a kick out of some of the adds, they want you to have all your own tools and equipment, truck, IPhone, insurance, contractors license and knowledge but unwilling to pay a fair wage.   

We're not part of a monster big-name brokerage, where you'll get handed off to junior team members once the ink is dry on our listing contract.  

A truck bed coating like "Raptor Liner" would likely also deaden the noise transfer.

Can you trash their stuff in one trip or did they move in with movers and a truck...stuff like that.

Also drive around your city and look for new builds, talk to the crews and contractors there ask them if they know anyone.. if you have a couple extra coffee's in the truck I'm sure they will take 5 minutes to have a cup and answer a couple questions.

I do a walk through of the property, and run some quick numbers on the tailgate of my truck before I leave.
