We are talking to my father and my sister to see if they would be amenable to transferring the deed into my name to facilitate the loan.

The LLC is irrelevant unless you are paying cash or getting a DSCR loan.

That being said, I had to translate a lot of documents on my own for the loan process, so there was more effort involved.
