If housing appreciates at an accelerated level, I would assume developers would come in and build more houses.

At that reserve level, I wouldn't expect to need to need any additional reserves without a pretty significant jump in units.

I could even go ahead and tackle the debt (which is the option I’m leaning toward) and while I continue to build reserves to a level I feel comfortable investing with, I can try and secure some partnership deals where I bring the deal, and continue to network and grow that way.

Offer is for the total price and all the properties are listed on one contract so eg - I put in an offer of 400K and listed all the 4 properties in the AOS.
