Our initial goal has been to buy a property every time the Army relocates me (roughly every two years) and rent it out afterward.

So depending on what your investment goals are and what type of properties (Class A through C/D) and where in the city you want to buy, that can directly impact the level of stability one can find within the market here. 

Some will slip through your fingers, sellers will ghost you, and contracts will fall apart at the last minute.

If you evaluate the long term goals of your property does it align with having these tenants? 

Rene - I'd like to ask a syndicator how have they navigated a high interest rate environment the last two years?

Our one and only goal is to get the best loan placement for our clients no matter what lender it is. 

The last thing was we were a partnership & they would only lend to a corp. or LLC.

However, as I've been tracking new listings in this area and running the numbers on them, I have realized this strategy has either gotten too much attention in the last few years or the supply just isn't there any more.

Are you persistent enough, dedicated enough and sometimes just stubborn enough to be the first one in and last one out of the 'gym'?
