The company is happy to share it's building techniques and suppliers.If you have an eco friendly flip it serves your customers in one of two ways:Straight up "Eco Friendly" sells the house/condo over the others in the area.If the customer doesn't bite on the Eco Friendly label, explain to them that their heating/cooling bills are going to significantly smaller than the neighboring houses.  

I suggest you just learn how to structure the deal you want and not put a label on it.

I put "address service requested" on the envelope and mail does get redirected, however I get many letters back with label stating "not deliverable as addressed".

I do see that the IRS labels depreciation as a Capital Expense.

@Jonathan Richards If you're using gmail, you could setup a quick filter that would take any message coming from the BiggerPockets listserv email, check the body for keywords like "DC" and the like, then apply a label to it/archive.

Low levels of CO in your living environment can cause chronic health issues.

The white label stuff with built-it APIs may be interesting for our website for screening investors though.
