That is definitely my eventual goal once I have more capital.you seem to be under the illusion that the PM controls the deal.. when in fact the PM is not there hand holding the tenant they make the best decisions based on experience to put a tenant in your unit.. but they are not babysitters.Sorry, let me clarify my position on PM's....I don't think the PM controls the deal, I was just trying to figure out how to optimize my strategy by isolating the PM factor.
