That would be very beneficial.Also as it turns out the Durham meetup was a zoom call for members only so I did not get an invitation, before this Covid pandemic started the meetup was intended to be in person with non members paying a small fee to get in rather than a large fee to become an immediate member.

There are plenty of discount brokerages in the market now, you are basically copying their business model but adding more complexity and overhead expenses to what these companies are already doing.

Additionally, a sewer line repair usually results in vacancy and lost rent--even more lost money.A new driveway can easily cost $5k on the low end, and plenty of properties in my area have $15-$25k+ driveways.
