I purchased a 3 family in Newark NJ in March of this year, and am curious about looking into this form of insurance as a way to further protect myself. 

Purchase price: $175,000 Cash invested: $35,000Buyout property that needed significant upgrades to bring to rental market in 2022.

What we have learned is that most people avoid these properties entirely, which allows us to purchase them at a significant discount.
