Zillow is not ideal because this is a monthly furnished rental - which Zillow doesn't have a specific platform for - but that's what has worked for me up to now. 

Ideally you live there for a while to really know when a deal is a good one or a stinker. 

The Exclusive Right to Represent makes sense for prospective individual homebuyers, but for real estate investors, it seems unfair and limiting.

For this reason, I teach people to set policies for renting to unrelated individuals.

Ideally the elected leaders can try to streamline the process like we did in FL by prioritizing the rebuilding permits & waiving permit fees.

There were at least 5 individuals who seemed ready to rise to the occasion and help this poster with their borrowing needs.

I'd be surprised if the complex doesn't have individually metered units so you may be able to eliminate the utility expenses unless those are for common areas like walk ways, parking lot or laundry.
