New lighting and faucets added throughout, all wood floors were stained in gun stock, and all interior walls were repainted with a darker gray in bedrooms and a lighter gray in common areas with a bright white trim.

To others it can be a gray area. 

If the inspectors she uses get most of their work through her and something is "gray area" not good, it seems like the scales could easily tip to my realtor (who naturally would prefer a bump free closing) and maybe that gray area thing doesn't get mentioned or is minimized, etc.It's a lot more work to hunt down someone reputable and reasonable on my own, but there's a lot more peace of mind knowing that I'm the point person that their primary allegiance is with. 

However, there are many shades of gray in the word "cash." 

In my opinion, it sounds like tenant damage but this could be a gray area.

The line between a lease with an option versus a contract for deed sale is a little gray. 

There are gray areas within the subject matter, and by definition, they touch on the unknown and, to some extent, the unknowable.

But this “gray” area has been around since the beginning of time.

I was initially thinking one of the light gray vinyl plank choices, but wondering if that would clash with the existing flooring at the transition (by the breakfast bar in the photos) Any advice would be appreciated!
