My personal advice is to stay as far away from this man as humanly possible.

It’s human nature to give business to folks you like, so put yourself out there face to face, not just on social media 

Human experience, discernment, ai won't be able to do this until ai is all but sentient itself and at that point I think our bigger problem is ai itself.

@Steven Baker, Like @Bill Brandt said your business model is exactly that of a dealer. 

Find a Pre-Fab dealer for your countertops.

The dealer wants to obtain as much as possible.  

projects we looked at were in Oregon and if your doing actual MH and your doing a larger project like 100 to 200 units it can take a few years to many years to fill them  and you usually need a mH dealer on site to sell them  etc etc.

Have it taken out carefully and sell it to a specialty dealer when the time comes.I think this should tip the scales toward covering it, and I almost always refinish my own floors, using my own equipment.
