You likely won't be able to pull all of your money out with the market's current conditions, but with Columbus's appreciation, your return on cash invested will be huge!

Yeah that is a huge pet peeve, but also could be AI posters who don't care or my even least favorite, didn't get the initial feedback they wanted so they didn't look again.

Even if you are not cash flowing on day one, that's okay (in my opinion), you're not paying the full mortgage on your own, which in of itself is a huge win and you learn other tangible real estate investing skills along the way by simply owning. 

We are just starting our REI journey and this has been a huge help!
