Health is your wealth!

I can see my retirement (401k, Roth IRA), my liquidity (index funds/personal emergency fund/RE emergency fund), health related expenses (HSA), kids college (529 state plan), savings (HYSA), Real Estate equity (through appreciation, equity capture at the buy, loan paydown) etc.

Factor in things like credit health, de­bt load, and financing options.

There are lenders who will do the loan if no health or safety issues even with litigation (depending on the details). 

call county health department and verify that this is the rule.I have never heard of  3year inspections required by a county health department does not mean its not true but I would want to verify that. 

Our biggest employers is Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Hospital with 14,000 employees.

Anybody have any insight to the health of the market?

Probably good to have one or two of these started early rather than later since the the premium will increase as you age due to health/age.

Is the health issue with their kid even a true story?
