The firm holds free seminars for landlords to ask any random question too, I went to one before finding my first property (I really need to go again now that I'm an actual landlord) but I had him write up a contract for my first rental that I have tweaked for the subsequent properties I bought.I also had him add things specific to my request like forbidding the use of candles for non-emergency situations.

They had been using candles to light the house (no electric), and there was minimal damage to a banister post where the candle had smoldered.

I was a produce manager 2 years ago at a supermarket in Boston and was actually paid real good I read rich dad poor dad and then quit ran a distribution company then thought I was unstoppable moved to Miami and worked as an hvac helper, sign holder, Pepsi stocker, used car salesmen, dead body remover, helped people move, roofer, flooring, trucker, auto parts delivery, body shop car washer and the. parts manager somehow ended up in Springfield mass and started making handmade motorcycle seats I quit and now run a catering business while working on getting my real estate license lol I'm only 23 so I can't waste anymore time once I become and agent I will start investing and no more random jobs

If you are getting less sleep because you are burning the candle at both ends, it is likely that you are not working smart enough.

I once stayed in a beautiful cabin with an amazing hand made log king size bed, the mattress height side rails were logs with the bark still attached.

if those get tied up based on his defense of "I bought this house," consider at that time whether pursuing the legal process is worth the candle (i.e. a lawsuit can get very expensive very fast and may simply cost too much when a $15,000 house is at stake).

If you burn the candle at both ends for as long as you can and establish to yourself that you can bring in as much if not more money in investing over a consistent long period of time, you won't even have to debate the move .
