They could do well with a board of governors, but the Treasury has one guy, the FBI has one guy, the EPA has one person, HUD has one guy (and they have oversight as well under Dodd-Frank), the FTC and the FCC have one guy, I doubt this goes anywhere

I think that might primarily be because there is no income tax & because the insurance lobby OWNS the Texas Legislature and governor, thus by proxy...they own the Insurance Regulatory Commission.
