It's not profit until you access it in some form of cash.I've seen investors loss properties with equity (a few with a lot of equity) because they can't sell at a price high enough to gain that equity, or because they can't refinance it due to the negative CF,...which would increase with a new mortgage.

Because I benefit from more business oriented books I also like Who Not How and Gap and the Gain by Dan Sullivan and Ben Hardy.

The $450K will be returned to me as payback of my loan to the intermediary, without trigger any capital gain taxes, right?

Lowering it by $100 could gain more interest & lease it out sooner.

They didn't verify anything but apparently are telling people I am a scammer which helps me understand why I am no longer getting any traction on Facebook.Further, the person private messaging me spent (literally all night long) researching me and sending me messages insisting I am a scammer.  

It's a great way to gain hands-on knowledge and connect with experienced investors!

I've been around the tech industry since the mid-1990's so when Bitcoin first started to gain a little traction I had a lot of tech friends who would try to evangelize to me about it.  

Bottom line, the phrase IMPLIES that there was more value to be gained that wasn't realized.

So we GAIN 7million + tax payors etc..
