Who would guarantee that the prediction would come to fruition? 

You must be super excited to see your hard work coming to fruition.

The benefits are seeing digital product slowly come to fruition from digital to tangible. 

These are key attributes if you are going to deal with banks and other sources of financing ... buyers, sellers, tenants and others who might seek to take advantage of you ... contractors, trades people and others who will rely on your guidance and leadership to bring a project to a successful fruition ...Right now, I'm not seeing that from you.

I've noticed in many of the recent podcasts along with the message at my spiritual home, the idea of dreaming bigger, visualizing, and taking action to bring your dreams to fruition.

It was completely obliterated in the recession and commercial buildings have been sitting there for 10 years all boarded up.Buy one of those bad boys and convert it into cool lofts or an office building, and once the Open Window Projects comes to fruition you may find yourself in the hottest place in town... and have bought in at bargain basement rates too.BUT -- that's if it gets pulled off. 

It will take alot of time and energy that might not come to fruition from that direction. 

:)I'm sure you'll be very successful either way Raquel :) Just don't drink too much Oakland or West Oakland Koolaid at the wrong price ;) @Arlen Chou has been drinking up, but at a very reasonable $/sqft and on reasonably realizable income (and with much more financial capacity, no offense), so just remember there are economic cycles, plans that don't always come to fruition, and West Oakland is certainly not immune to those dynamics IMHO...

Positive cash flow makes that all happen and is where rules 1 and 2 come to fruition.

Im in the beginning process of taking on a similar project, love to see one that came to fruition, great job!
