But the best, most professional firms will be able to give you the best terms and LTVs if the market area is right and you can draft a stellar application with little friction (fractionalized ownership, disorganization, etc.)

But there are others that claim 'all-in-one' property management - leasing, rent collection, 24/7 maintenance request/coordination, lease renewal, etc (such as caretaker, hemlane, etc) which i feel includes all that an on-site property manager does but in a fraction of the monthly cost.

Interesting concept from the founder of Zillow where there is fractional ownership and flexible use of previously pipe dream homes.
