I think I’m going under contract on 3 more of them today (fingers crossed) and will most likely buy them the same way.

There are a lot of things your agent did that someone with experience and/or someone who cared about their reputation would not have done.Cross your fingers she keeps paying on time and if she doesn't make sure you or your PM is on top of things to evict them.

I am finding more and more we have millions dollars of investor money at our finger tips, but can not find any awesome buys the last few months.

@JD Martin@Russell Brazil  I suspect their real estate agents if they even had one are the one's U point fingers at.. they should be watching time lines.if its buy without an agent you have NO ONE to blame but yourself..

Now, All of this was in a phone call, not in writing, but the two of them are obviously going to start pointing fingers at one another.We also advised him that the best thing they can do is just leave.
