I would love to talk with you about the favorable aspects of mid-term rentals vs short term rentals in Boston just due to all the restrictions.

We bought our Rockies place cash and had to understand the insurance aspect of it-- we couldn't find a provider that wouldn't charge such a huge amount that I would be kind of embarrassed to say here.

Tbh I don't want for much, I'm not hurting for anything, I budget etc and do fine renting.

Yes, entitled tenants with unreasonable expectations can be an annoyance, but you are dealing with one of the biggest most important aspects of a person's life (where they life).

Such aspects are usually left out of seller financed transactions since they are not contained in conventional deals, but seller financed deals are not conventional!

And a big social media aspect.

@Nathan Frost, go to myfico dot com and look for the tab that says "Community" rather than the aspects that provide your FICO score. 

We strictly focus on the identification/inspection aspect of this new legislation so my knowledge is lacking regarding financial assistance for smaller landlords. 

It didn't work out so well but I understand certain aspects are out of their control.
