Hey Friends,I put myself on 10 day whole sell diet and I landed my first contract just after day two.  

I could tell some would probably go on and make it work but like anything RE related Including and especially BP  many must fad away.

Unless you are a broke tree hugger who can't afford a home, It appears to be just another fad, like beards that will eventually die and fade away. 

Many people look for THE BEST "diet," and when they don't see results after a week or two or three, they become Internet junkies and switch from the low-fat diet to the low-carb diet, to paleo, to ketogenic, to vegan... and ultimately get frustrated and give up.

"Flyover" investing is just like the 'pet rock' fad.  

It's a fad or something to "get into" for most people.

meh... i think it's a fad. i like them for the Selling LA type of houses.i shot one house with an 11mm lens (applied fish eye corrections) and prospective tenants were complaining that it "looked bigger on the pictures". lol

We were mid diet tract builders building the same thing over and over again.

We put in new kitchen cabinets with Corian countertops from craigslist, the granite fad has made them slightly out of style, but they're so great for rentals, and inexpensive.
