You mentioned you have property in Western Mass, is that were you are moving or are you actually moving to Boston, or neither but are going to be within 50 miles of Boston so everyone says that they are from Boston to anyone outside of New England to make life easier

My hubby and I were married in our early 20s, at tech school and were posted to England at about the 2 year mark in service. 

To just get started on the numbers would anyone have an idea of sq ft cost to make this happen for 1,000 to 2,000 sq ft apartments in the New England area that would rent for $3,000 to $5,000 a month?

As I continue to share with her that I am interested in investing in turn-key properties that are no where near where we live (we are New Englanders) Her question was "Are there any turn-key companies in New England?"

Hey, I know I'm not the queen of England it will take some more work and investment of time.  

Also, we are an Air Force family and bought houses where we were stationed, so have purchased homes in Arizona, England, Texas and Florida.  

We, too, bought in the US while overseas, and we also bought two owner occupied residences in England.
