It’s worth investing in good titles and thumbnails since they drive clicks.

I still remember an article about a guy who threw out some old hard drives, which unfortunately had his bitcoin wallet on them.

If so, I am curious the thoughts and drives behind that, like, maybe really wanted exact answers to you so thought posting on your specifics was best approach? 

But there becomes a point where, hopefully we all get to, money is flowing in far faster and needs to be invested quicker than a multi-year due diligence period can really sustain.  

You can find different strategies on how to find and reach these folks, such as driving for dollars, targeting mailing lists, networking with Realtors and other wholesalers, and having an online presence, plus paid social media ads, etc.
