Now in terms of meetings being online, it's all good to me considering I kind of love how much work is actually able to be from home considering this way we won't keep making the earth have more greenhouse gases that are eventually going to turn Vermont into waterfront (unfortunately true, unless carbon sequestration picks up).I wasn't aware that there'd be other newbies as well at most meetings I attend, but it seems that I'll fit right in.

I tell myself I should be like everyone else in every developed society and not worry that my prosperity is built on a mudsill over the less fortunate of the earth, feed myself some cheesy moral double-talk like "I would argue it is unethical not to try and make money" with a hefty side of rationalization, but it doesn't always work.

The next day I went to the building to get to work and found a man removing every single appliance from the building, I was like what on earth and the man said these appliances are mine, the seller didn't pay me for a bunch of work I did, so I went back to the seller and got him to pay me $10,000 for the appliances (they were basically trash anyway) so it ended up being the seller paid me $10,000 to buy his building.

@Joseph Miller your fears may be well founded or totally unfounded, the only way to know is to pick one, just one possible investment, bounce it off a more experienced investor and if its great, go ahead, if its a no-go, then no-go, search for the next and repeat...hard to leave the analysis paralysis phase if you have not narrowed it down to earth- to an actual possible investment property.

One thing that would be really great would be if I could use Google Earth as a one stop shop, where I can download an overlay from crimegrade.org to see neighborhood crime rates, I could import MLS information (even just from Zillow or Redfin) to populate the home currently for sale, and recently sold, and also be able to overly FEMA flood zone maps.
