I am always on the go, so for me a mobile app works great, but some people like the convenience of desktop applications.

This is basically unusable for me on phone or iPad and at best a pain in the *** on the desktop screen.  

To inspire confidence, in our area these days even appraisers are performing "desktop appraisals" aka they are looking at the very same online photos that consumers are to form their opinion of value.

Also make sure you get an environmental report, even a desktop one can save you hundreds of thousands of dollars down the road.
