Being in my early 20s I wanted real estate to be my foundation for my future.

There has been a considerable amount of foundation work done (addition for piers, leveling, etc).

Seeing you are new to real estate, get a foundation from others in your area and see what works and what does not work. 

Once the investor understands these three FOUNDATIONAL aspects of real estate investing, they can comprehend the creative and wealth building techniques and strategies and successfully apply them to individual deals.  

I'd look for signs of arcing around those outlets.Other things I look for are how is the foundation, cracks in the walls (assuming lath and plaster), condition of the mechanicals, depending on what the house is built on, I may get a radon test done for the air and water (near me there is a lot of ledge, so radon is an issue in most homes). 

Any recomendations for an attorney to file suit against seller who did not  disclose known foundation damage?

I did some foundation work so the skirting is still not on yet.

Ensure that a structural engineer inspects critical areas like the roof and foundation, as their expertise can help you understand the true condition of the home and potential repair costs.

I thought I had found one last month but during inspections we found major foundation issues and canceled.
