Every one here has a different speciality, background/ flavor!

For someone who is speculating on an area and not investing for cashflow the westside of Bend is the best place I am aware of.Please keep me updated would love to see what you end up doing or better yet if you come out this way let me know we can get one of our overpriced yet delicious Oregon beers! 

It has very much the flavor of the BWI group before it grew as large as it did.

First impressions count, and it looks a lot more delicious now than before.

That's always the first place I recommend because you can talk to various flavors of people working or investing in RE.

Most important statement that I saw was you have to do your due diligence, not all turnkey comes in the same flavor.

Additionally, my guests have paid a high cost - they rightfully expect premium service and occasionally demand some extra benefits, which comes in many flavors...but always exerts a time or cost on my bottom line.

We intend to stick with vanilla-flavored starter homes so it is a given that we will find ourselves in the same situation again, and I am curious how to best handle this requirement if a property is ready to go quickly or ahead of schedule.
