Is there a way to find out who constructed that property?

It also becomes more difficult to separate out construction related liability when there's one partner who is responsible for the construction management. 

We currently have a construction loan on the properties and we would like to refi to a more conventional loan.

@Tj Collins You can 1031 exchange in and out of any state, you can 1031 exchange in and out of any investment real estate - farm land, apartments, commercial, single family investments, new construction etc...The big things are timing on the 45 day window, 3 property rule and closing in a certain amount of time.

A total cost of 6.3Mn over 23 units equates to 274K/unit...this appears unbelievably low for San Diego...I'd want to see full development budget detailing hard, soft and financing costs as well as month by month projections showing construction and lease up cash flows.What's the 2.2Mn purchase price for?
