The home is about 1 block to the beach...About 300 people, most of which have lived there their entire lives and  are retired, still believe it still is an old PG&E plant that went off line many years back.

Folks vote for no more STRs, they are gone and you are out of luck.If there is a large block of condo's owned by a single entity, like a wealthy family or corporate entity, you are also in the same boat.

The 11106 zip code is home to Kaufman Studios which spans about 5 city blocks and has produced hit TV shows from Netflix, Showtime, Amazon, Starz, and NBC.

Being blocked from the bank account really worries me and I don't necessarily have funds to pay for legal help.

You could sister it and/or dig & pour 24" deep concrete pads in the floor to support additional jackposts. 

So, my condo is in a prime location just a few blocks from the beach.
