I went to the site and submitted some info and it says "check your email for further steps."

I've heard of mentees who started cleaning up construction areas on a flip at the end of each work day or picking up supplies at Home Depot and delivering them to the job site.

I do occasionally post about it on some of the social media sites for travel nurses, such as Travel Nurse Gypsy Housing for example. 

Is there anyone they partner with here to put on US MLS, eBay, FB, all the social media sites, craigslist, land watch, land.com, etc.Who is your target buyer? 

Just make sure everyone understands that they will be on the site for anyone to see.And no minors.

Denver Creative Housing, Denver Sublets, Roomies, Roommates, and so on, there are a few good ones)Also, I use Roomies as well because it is a site specific to finding roommate tenants, and there is a huge demand for it as well, so it is a great alternative to fill vacancies for houses if your owners are open to it and you price it correctly. 

Or was it too complicated or frustrating to complete a search that way? 

Thank you  My recommendation is to sign up at paperstac, debexpert and some of the online sites that sell loans as well as join some fb groups on note investing as people push loans through there as well.
