We have a local roadside assistance company here that charges only $15 a month for hassle free roadside help here at the apartments and around our valley for our student tenants  that may be new to car troubles and away from home!

My managment company has made more than a reasonable amount of attempts to get the HOA to have this repaired. 

Please stop asking us for "the best" zip codes to invest in.Detroit has around 183 Residential Neighborhoods - wouldn't it be nice if "some property mangagement company" Classified them all as A, B, C, or D on an interactive map that real estate investors could use to make better decisions?

Hi everyone,I’m a Real Estate Advisor for a company that provides turn-key investment properties for investors who want to own assets but prefer to avoid the day-to-day management.

This idea dc is a company town isn’t really true & the company isn’t going out of business, 20% of the workforce is federal government, if they cut 25% of the federal workforce it would be 5% of the region and of course the vast majority are of these people would get jobs in the private sector, not to mention the government will probably have to rely more heavily on government contractors to fill gaps where the cut.

For example we opened buy/sell agency from being exclusive to portfolio clients now open to all.

I've created a digital project workspace with a massive TDL that includes contract creation, finances [such as bank accounts, budgeting, and tax prep], marketing/branding [deciding on selling as myself vs. creating a company], and CRM/Outreach.
