Does anyone know of a good area to start in coastal Carolina?

It's up compared to the 60's, 70's, 80's and most of the 90's to about 65% Nationally. 

The seller of the property built them back in the 90's and paid in cash for them. 

I'd probably use most my profits to pay off our mortgage early (I'd like to have it paid off in our mid 40's).  And

I watch a few YouTube vids on flooring, rented sanders from Home Depot, sanded and sealed the original hardwood floors for the entire house in 3 days.
