I was in the military ( making me a veteran now) and during my time in I shared all kinds of living conditions with strangers and friends.

I'm only guessing.I would think that it would be pretty easy to discern what kind of repair was made.

It’s a long game so worrying about the short term is kind of pointless.

You cannot get any meaningful answers until you specify what is your "side gig", how much money it's going to bring and how much expenses it's going to incur, and what kind of expenses.And, as a rule of thumb, unless you clear $50k after all expenses, you probably will not benefit from any entities tax-wise. 

It would be great to hear about any unique experiences that might resonate with the community.It’s fantastic that you’re open to answering architecture-related questions—there’s definitely a need for that kind of expertise here.

What kind of project are you working on?

It’s worth understanding their opinion and sometimes this kind of request means they see more potential in the deals than they’re letting on.
