I remember when I moved into apartments when I was younger, sometimes I'd find a bottle of wine or chocolates or a cheese basket, and it always made the place feel a little warmer.

I never paid my rent late and never asked for a favor from my landlord, to allow me to pay my rent late.When she pays the rent late because she buys her kids birthday presents - it's really you buying the presents for the kids.When a tenant doesn't pay rent, you are the one paying for whatever it is they chose to spend their money on instead of rent.And don't assume they're scrimping on macaroni and cheese or buying a funky old car.

I’m new to all this but luckily we have some reserves and luckily, about half of my 8 tenants get govt cheddar every month.

Fresh corn on the cobb in the corn trucks.. going to the farms and buying fresh cheese and meats etc.   

So I see every one asking what to write on a yellow letter so I won't.Howevr I will ask a question about it coming from the other end.Every guru, swears by it and recommends it,  write I want to$ BUY $your house.....Me personally I find this cheese and not genuine.

Although I agreed with everyone's feedback that her proposition was slimy, I thought I would give it a try and told her I'd give her $2000 if my offer was accepted.In my mind I was only taking my maximum allowable offer and reducing it by $2000 to take her commission into consideration.Let me tell you what the $2000 cheese got me from the rat.
