As a smaller, self-managed landlord I think solutions that offer that kind of scheduling/logistics framework are solving for one of the most long-standing self-managed challenges we've had for years: how to scale and systematize operations when you're are landlord or PM out there hustling for your next deal.

Cash flow often being reinvested into property expenses, which can make it challenging to rely on alone.

They barely lasted in California (they are based on London).The challenge is (1) you are assuming all listings have open houses and (2) there are a lot of moving parts that can happen behind the scenes.

Despite surprises and challenges, I transformed it into a move-in-ready home and sold it for $145,000.

This 1925 bungalow was a true challenge, needing a complete rehab from top to bottom.
