Most of the houses (other than really nice, and expensive "gingerbread" houses) are built in the 40's-60's and are thereby easier to rehab and maintain than Hyde Park (which are often turn of the century).

That property had been listed in very good condition by Century 21 to the local market in the high 30's before it got taken off the market.

It's a 2,200 SF Folk Victorian turn of the century house.  

The proximity to downtown is great, some of the homes are classic turn of the century with great detail and craftsmanship.

This is the 21st century...and the world is getting smaller all the time.

I'm not sure there were blue prints when the building was built over a century ago!
