I've recently started building a software application in utility management because I think there is an issue with potential earning lose due to overlooked measures.

Looking for some guidance from either property management company owners/brokers or landlords that have 100+ units managed through property management software such as Buildium, AppFolio, Propertyware, etc.. 

I do not have any experience with this specific program, however I have bought other software programs he offers and found it very helpful.

I use Turbotenant as my Property Management Software (PMS) to manage my properties and while I'm setting up my properties on it I can easily market the property with a click of a button and it will push out to all platforms that Zillow does not own: Apartment.com, Redfin, etc.
